(VNA) - The foreign ministries of Vietnam and Iceland should maintain close coordination and play their role as focal agencies in further advancing bilateral cooperation.

Việt Nam đã gia nhập Công ước về miễn hợp pháp hóa đối với giấy tờ công của nước ngoài, ký tại La Hay ngày 05/10/1961 (Công ước Apostille). Công ước có hiệu lực đối với Việt Nam từ ngày 11/9/2026. Từ thời điểm này, giấy tờ công lưu thông giữa Việt Nam và các Quốc gia thành viên có quan hệ áp dụng với Việt Nam chỉ cần một chứng nhận duy nhất là chứng nhận Apostille, thay cho thủ tục hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự trước đây.
